TRANSFORMING BARIATRIC PATIENT ENGAGEMENT WITH TELEHEALTH
Program Description
How can you leverage telehealth in the bariatric office setting to navigate in a world that is constantly changing?
The surgical landscape is changing by the day. We’ve brought together global experts to discuss ways to integrate telehealth into the bariatric office setting. Between the changes in economic payments, the advent of COVID-19, and shifting patient attitudes toward care, things are different now than even a few months ago. Our virtual global panel discussion will discuss how to incorporate telehealth into the patient journey to promote enhanced engagement. The experts will discuss how to efficiently integrate telehealth into clinical practice, share examples of best practices, and provide practical solutions for common integration challenges.
Learner Objectives
- Discuss how to develop a state-of-the-art Telehealth program for a bariatric practice.
- Describe benefits of telehealth and remote education for enhanced patient engagement.
- Review process to adopt telehealth and overcome common change management challenges
